CrossFit lies at the heart of our gym – These are instructor-led circuit classes that are designed to help you balance strength with fitness in a safe and fun environment.
We also offer a range of in-house services, including personal training, nutrition coaching and Movement Therapy.
We’ll help you achieve your goals whether it’s to get fit, lose fat or improve your athletic performance. Our training programs range from complete beginner to competition athletes. Whatever your size, shape or fitness level, everyone can take part in our classes.

No. Your membership is paid by monthly direct debit with no contract term.
Can I pay-as-I-go?
No. Due to the high demand at the gym (and to make accounting easier), we collect payments by direct debit on a monthly basis.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. There is no prerequisite fitness to starting our classes as we tailor the workouts to your level. Our classes are designed to get you fit and strong. Please do check with your Doctor if you’re unsure. We also ask that you let our instructors know of any medical conditions or previous/existing injuries before starting with us.
How are the classes structured?
We’ll start with a warm-up followed by full instruction and practice in the exercises to be used in the workout. At this stage we’ll also determine the appropriate sized equipment to be used in your workout based on your fitness, strength and flexibility to ensure your safety. The session concludes with the workout and cool-down.
What are your peak and off-peak times?
Off-peak – Monday to Friday 6:30am – 5pm. Peak – Monday to Friday 5pm – 9pm and Saturdays.
What are 'open gyms'?
These are times when the gym is open for you to use its facilities. This is for members who have trained with us for at least 1 month.
What are the Fitness classes?
Our CrossFit Fitness classes are our intermediate/advanced member classes. Once you’ve learned the fundamental movements in the beginners program, we start teaching and using the technical exercises in the Fitness classes. This allows for greater progression in your fitness and gives you a challenge.
How long before I progress to the Fitness classes?
This is purely subjective. Everyone learns at different rates and progression is based on your understanding of the movements and your ability to perform them safely based on your current strength and flexibility. We don’t expect perfection or extreme fitness, but we do expect an understanding of the fundamentals.
How do I join the competition program?
This is for our experienced members who are looking to take their athletic performance to a new level to improve within their sport or in CrossFit competitions. We offer this to professional and non-professional athletes from multiple sports backgrounds. Before progressing into this program you will need to be competent in the Olympic Lifts, Powerlifts, gymnastics movements and all the CrossFit fundamental movements. Your admission into this program will be at the discretion of the coaches.
Do you work-out for the full 1 hour?
No. We put a lot of emphasis on technique and quality to ensure safety and longevity of training which is why we spend time on warming up properly and teaching correct technique. You’ll get one on one attention to help with this. Shorter, high-intensity workouts will help you develop strength and fitness and help burn fat more effectively than 1 hour workouts.
How do I book in for a free trial?
Click here to book in for a free trial session. Your trial lasts one week and you’re welcome to try any of the ‘beginners’ or ‘all-levels’ classes in that period.
What should I expect for my first session?
You’ll be greeted by one of our instructors on your first visit and we’ll run through a health questionnaire with you and show you around the gym. You’ll be in a regular running beginners class. You’ll be with people at a similar experience level to you. Expect a lot of fun and workout that will challenge you.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes certainly! Please let us know before your first session so we know how many to expect.
What happens after the 1 week free trial period?
When you’re ready to join, bring your account details (account number and sort code) and we’ll set-up your membership.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, there is free parking on-site and overflow parking is available on the streets surrounding the gym.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. If you work for the NHS, fire service, police service, serve in the military or are a full-time student, you’ll get a discount on your membership. Please click here for prices.
With your membership you’ll get access to our gym and classes that include full instruction from start to finish, help with putting together an effective diet and lifestyle coaching to help with everything outside of the gym. As a member you’ll also get exclusive discounts on fresh fruit, veg and meat from local suppliers.
All our memberships are pay monthly with no contracts and no joining fees. Payments are collected by direct debit.
